Heat Recovery Steam Generator
Water Tube Boilers
Water tube boilers are high-capacity steam generation systems in which water circulates
inside the tubes while hot combustion gases pass over their outer surfaces. Ideal for
applications requiring high pressure and high steam output, these boilers start up quickly
thanks to their low water volume and respond rapidly to sudden load changes.
.
Reliably used in power plants, refineries and in the chemical, textile, food and paper industries
where continuous, high-volume steam is essential, our water tube boilers can be designed to
operate with various fuels including natural gas, fuel oil, coal and biomass. High operating
efficiency is achieved through the integration of economizers and air preheaters.
All our water tube boilers are engineered on a project basis in accordance with EN 12952 and
tailored to the specific requirements of your facility; every stage from manufacturing to
installation and commissioning is carried out by our expert team.

Smoke Tube Boilers
In smoke tube (scotch type) boilers, combustion gases pass through tubes surrounded by
water within the shell, transferring their heat to the water. The three-pass design ensures
maximum utilization of flue gas energy and high efficiency, while the large water volume acts
as a buffer against fluctuating steam demands, providing stable, high-quality steam.
.
With their compact structure, easy installation and low operating and maintenance costs,
smoke tube boilers are the first choice of facilities with medium-scale steam requirements
such as textile, food and pharmaceutical plants, hotels and hospitals. Offered with natural gas,
LPG and fuel oil burner options, our boilers provide safe and economical operation through
fully automatic control systems.
Manufactured in accordance with EN 12953, our smoke tube boilers are available across a
wide range of capacities and pressures and can be delivered with optional economizer
equipment.

Deaerator and Condensate Tanks
Deaerators thermally remove dissolved oxygen and carbon dioxide from boiler feed water,
preventing corrosion in the boiler, piping and fittings. Operating on the principle of heating the
feed water to saturation temperature with steam, our deaerators extend boiler service life and
significantly reduce chemical treatment costs.
Condensate tanks collect the condensate formed as steam is consumed throughout the plant
and return it to the system. Recovering condensate, which already contains valuable heat,
delivers substantial savings in fuel, water and water treatment costs, directly improving overall
plant efficiency.
Our deaerator and condensate tanks are manufactured in carbon or stainless steel, sized to
match your plant capacity, and supplied on a turnkey basis complete with pump groups and
automation systems.

By-Pass and Boiler Stacks
Boiler stacks are a critical part of the system that safely and responsibly discharges
combustion flue gases into the atmosphere. Our stacks are engineered with detailed flow and
structural calculations to ensure correct draft values, taking wind and seismic loads into
account.
By-pass stacks are used together with waste heat recovery systems (economizers, waste heat
boilers, etc.), allowing flue gas to be routed via damper systems; this guarantees uninterrupted
plant operation even when the recovery unit is out of service.
Manufactured as single or double wall, insulated, in carbon or stainless steel, our stacks are
produced and installed on site as complete systems including expansion compensators,
cleaning doors, measurement ports and damper equipment.
